Raed is Managing Partner of edgearch Jeddah’s Headquarter and he is Vice President for Operations & Contracts. He has an Architectural and Construction Management background and has experience with the firm working on Aviation Healthcare, Educational, and Residential projects. His responsibilities include managing design operations for the firm and managing the management team to deliver projects on time with its requirements in professional form.
Also his responsibilities include monitoring the scheduling and coordination with sub-consultants and the department of design from schematic design through construction documents, including drawings, BOQ and specifications, and review/preparation of drawings prior submission. He also contacts and finalizes contractual agreements with sub-consultant.
